Expanding Education to Special Needs Kids

Dreams Fulfilled Through Music started small—a Girl Scout’s community service project to help make music education accessible for kids with disabilities.  Then it became a nonprofit with bigger dreams to create opportunities for all ages to gain the benefits of being involved in music.

How do you create awareness and find support for the growth of a music education nonprofit?

By partnering with an organization who "gets it" about the power of music education.  SocialRaise initially grew out of a desire to help music educators succeed and leveraged that experience in creating a comprehensive communication strategy for DFTM, enabled by technology.

From identifying potential individual and corporate supporters, to crafting messages and communication paths, SocialRaise crafted a strategic plan and tactics which allow DFTM to expand.  They are serving all ages with an array of music therapy, adaptive education and performances as community outreach. And now, they are training the next generation of music education leaders to understand how to adapt and include all children, regardless of challenges, in music programs.

Future dream fulfillment through music is well under way.
